At Bumby, we know how important it is for parents to receive their orders clearly, reliably, and without confusion. This policy outlines how shipping works for all UK orders.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £99. 

For UK orders under £99, a £3.99 standard shipping fee applies.

For customers who would like additional peace of mind, we also offer an optional protected shipping service at checkout. This provides extra coverage in the event of loss or damage while your parcel is in transit.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

  • Orders placed later in the evening may be processed the following business day

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If something doesn’t arrive as expected, we’re here to help.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we’ll investigate promptly.

Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policies.
